European Standard for the requirements of the provision of real estate services

The European Standard ΕΝ 15733:2009 sets out the requirements for the provision of real estate services to consumers and businesses. The Standard applies to real estate services including:

• marketing,
• contact between seller and buyer,
• renting,
• leasing,
• real estate evaluations and
• inspections.
