Preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
Monitoring Budget.
Preparation of Payment Invoice and certification.
Assessment of variations.
Cost control.
Whole life cycle costing.
Preparation of final account.
Prepare contract documentation.
Prepare pre-tender.
Identify cost-risks in tender returns.
Prepare tender reports.
Recommend preferred tenderer.
Estimates tenure of the project.
Jointly measure with the contractors all the re-measurable items on all the items related to the Work as per the measurement procedures
Verification & certification of the running bills and/or the final bills of the contractors.
