• Diploma Holders –7 to 10 Years of Post Qualification Experience with 7 years of experience in Inspection
• Graduate engineers –5 to 7 Years of Post Qualification Experience with 5 years of experience in Inspection
   

Diploma Engineers  / Graduate Engineers – Electrical Engineering

Professional courses in Industrial automation, Electrical Safety, PLC training, renewable energy.

Inspection/Quality Surveillance as per relevant IS/IEC standards for Switchgear panels, Motors, Transformers, cables, flameproof equipment’s, Battery charger, UPS, Batteries, SMPS based power supplies, AC/DC Drives, convertors, invertors Telecom products, D.G and PLC based Panels, SCADA/ESD Panels, Transmitters, Pressure Gauges/RTD’s/Thermo wells, analyzer systems and SWAS systems, Instrumentation cables, Bus duct (LV/MV).

• Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and report writing skills
• Should be familiar with ISO 9001 quality management system.
• Fully conversant with construction of electrical components and their testing.
• Fully conversant with electrical drawings, QAP, logic scheme and symbols used.
• Fully conversant with IP codes (IS 4691/IEC 60529) and their testing.
• Fully conversant with flameproof zones, group and areas classification.
• Knowledge of National/International Standards and codes is essential.
• Experience in manufacture, testing and Inspection is desirable related to Flame proof equipment’s (IEC 60079),LV switchgear panels(IS 8623/IEC 61439),
• MV Switchgear panel(IEC 62271), Motors (IS 325/IEC 60034), transformers (IS 2026,IEC 60076,IEC 11171), cables(IS 694, IS 7098-I/II/III,IS 1554,IEC 60502,IEC 60332) , CT (IS 2705), PT( IS 3156), Mechanical vibrations(IS 12075) , Permissible noise level (IS 12065),AC Drives(IEC 61800)will be desirable.
• Must have carried out routine tests, type test, and acceptance test of electrical components used in electrical/electronic industries.
• Experience in inspection of PLC panels(IEC 61131) ,SCADA/ESD Panels(IEC 61801,IEC 61508,IEC 61511, Transmitters(IEC 60773-3)
• Pressure Gauges/RTD’s/Thermo wells(IEC 60837/IEC 60751/IEC 61520), analyzer systems and SWAS systems(IEC 61508), Instrumentation cables
• (IEC 60502-1, IS 7098-1, IS 1554-1, BS  EN 50288)
• Should have ability to understand problem/situation and have analyzing and logical solution providing ability.
