Product Head - Sustainability Services 

Minimum 3-5 years technical coordination experience in the field of services like Energy, Water, Sustainability, Carbon Footprint

Minimum Bachelor’s degree-qualifications in Engineering / Science

• Demonstrated experience delivering business coordination across a large and diverse portfolio. 
• Demonstrated experience working across cultures/languages.  
• Strong communication skills and client relationship management skills, especially in complex, self-directed working environments.
• Strong numeracy skills, and experience in data management. 
• Detailed knowledge of Energy | Water | Sustainability |Carbon Footprint services, and how these can best be predominantly marketed in the existing environment.  
• Fluent written and spoken English is required.

• Central MIS
• Keeping track of central Active proposal, pending order, Order booking, collection, MIS
• Handling Excellence platform
• Keeping track of project folder
• Keeping central qualification folder
• Project execution planning
• This role is also responsible for undertaking detailed analysis of marketing efforts, e-marketing, e-tendering, marketing plan, work order / invoicing target (monthly/quarterly/half yearly and annually).  
• This role will be responsible for overseeing associate activities across the sites, to ensure these projects are correctly scoped, tendered. In addition, registration with state nodal agency  
• Focus on developing local vendors with energy expertise, such that they can perform the execution at project location with minimum travel cost 
• Identify and seek to partner with vendors for Energy | Water | Sustainability |Carbon Footprint services to strengthen the local presence  
• To position the client at the forefront of energy and sustainability services.

• Marketing the product Energy | Water | Sustainability |Carbon Footprint. Customer networking. Brining the leads, developing business in the region, seeking support from core execution team 
• Aligning TUV’s Energy & Carbon service execution team with customer’s requirement.  
• Keeping up to date accreditation folder
• Application to various new accreditation
• This is a central coordination and Business promotion profile, client facing role which focusing on delivering lasting value to the esteemed customer, via quality services in the field of Energy | Water | Sustainability |Carbon Footprint.  
• As such, we are seeking a candidate with strong techno commercial/engineering/business management skills, along with excellent written and verbal communication, and a pro-active attitude.
