Feature:

The course uses a mixture of taught sessions, discussions and practical exercises to achieve its aims over a period of 5 Days. The practical exercises are based upon a fictional company and have been carefully designed to focus upon issues that commonly arise during FSSC audits. These  exercises also help in providing a significant amount of awareness to the group of people in the organization by way of participating in individual/group exercises as well as experience sharing.

Course Objectives

The essential objective of this course is to provide knowledge and skills required to perform first, second and third party audits of food safety management systems (FSMS) against FSSC 22000 Version 5.1, in accordance with ISO 19011 (and ISO 22003) within the organization.

  • Anyone with the need to audit an organization’s FSMS.
  • Delegates who wish to implement food safety management system based on FSSC 22000 VERSION 5.1  in their organization.
  • Delegates who will be required to have the working knowledge essential to motivate the team implementing the food safety management system.
  • Delegates who wish to pursue a Career in Third Party Certification.
Prerequisite/Prior knowledge
  • All delegates/participants should have reasonably good understanding on Quality Management Sys-tem & basic requirements of FSSC Ver. 5.1. Work experience in any work domain would be added advantage.
  • All the delegates/participants must arrange their own hard copy / soft copy of FSSC Ver 5.1 & ISO 19011:2018 standards required throughout the online program. This is an essential requirement.
  • All delegates/participants must have a laptop / desktop with front camera/ web camera, with unin-terrupted internet connectivity with at least 1Mbps speed. This is also an essential requirement. The online program will be conducted in video (with au-dio) mode with all participants and trainer to ensure two way communications.
  • All delegates must furnish any one copy of valid government documents for photo verification like Driving License / Passport / Unique Identification copy (Aadhaar card copy), during registration for the course. The same shall be presented in original during the course and at the time of examination. This is an essential requirement.
  • Knowledge of English is essential.

Certificate
  • Certificate of successful completion shall be issued to all the delegates/participants who attend entire duration of the course, in all the sessions and qualify in written examination.
  • Please note, that the written examination cannot be conducted remotely. Written examination must be taken up within 180 days (from the start of the course), at any of the nearest TUV India Offices, with a prior confirmation of at least two weeks in advance.
