Lifting equipment

In accordance with the Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia No. 679 "Regulations on the safety and maintenance of elevators (lifts)  and vertical lifting platforms" we perform:

Technical inspection of

• electric elevators (lifts)
• hydraulic elevators (lifts);

Primary technical inspection of elevators (lifts) before commissioning, as well as periodic and unscheduled technical inspection:

• primary technical inspection is carried out before registration of the elevator in the Register of Hazardous Equipment of Latvia (BIR)
• periodic technical inspection of the elevator is carried out at least once every 12 months
• unscheduled technical inspection is carried out in case of changes of technical parameters of elevators, for example, after reconstruction or after major repairs of the building
• safety assessment /risk assessment of lifts;

Technical inspections of Cabin Platforms.

We carry out technical inspection of hoisting cranes in accordance with the Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No 341 "Regulations for Safety and Technical Supervision  for Cargo Cranes":

• primary technical inspection is carried out prior to registration of a crane in the Register of Hazardous Equipment of Latvia (BIR)
• partial technical inspection is carried out once every 12 months
• periodic full technical inspection is carried out every 3 years.

We also offer conducting electrical measurements of hoisting cranes and measuring level of their rails.

We carry out technical inspection of lifts in accordance with the Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia No. 137 "Procedure for technical supervision of lifts intended for carrying people":

• primary technical inspection is carried out prior to registration of lifts in the Register of Hazardous Equipment of Latvia (BIR)
• periodic technical inspection is carried out every 12 months.

We carry out technical inspection of escalators and conveyors in accordance with the Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia No. 636 "Regulations on technical supervision of escalators and conveyors intended for carrying people", namely:

• primary technical inspection is carried out prior to registration of escalators or conveyors in the Register of Hazardous Equipment of Latvia (BIR)
• periodic technical inspection is carried out in course of operation of escalators or conveyors at least once every 12 months
• we also conduct unscheduled technical inspection (in cases stipulated by regulatory enactments and standards).
