TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of your Registration Form.
- Course Fee is subject to 12% VAT.
- Furnish copy of certification/documentation, if your company is VAT Exempt.
- All checks should be payable to TÜV NORD Philippines, Inc.
- For cancellation of reservation, a written notice should be sent to TÜV NORD Philippines, Inc. one (1) week prior to the scheduled training or an alternate participant(s) will be accommodated.
- Cancellation of reservation without written notice will be subject to cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the applicable training fee.
- Should the requirements for the participants(s) will not be met, TÜV NORD Philippines, Inc. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the training. Participants will be informed of any changes.
OTHER INFORMATION:
- Fees are inclusive of training materials, food, and certificate.
- Should there be any dietary restrictions or food allergies, please inform us ahead of the scheduled training.
