Impartiality Policy:

It is known to the subsidiary that TÜV NORD CERT has issued a publicly accessible statement on the website (https://www.tuev-nord.de/en/company/certification/) that it understands the importance of impartiality in carrying out its management system certification activities (”Declaration of the Executive Management of TÜV NORD CERT”).

The subsidiary conforms to the applicable requirements including legal status, impartiality, competence requirements, process requirements and with the CB’s management system, to the extent that the subsidiary is involved in the delivery of conformity assessment services.

Impartiality is one of the core values of TUV NORD (Thailand) management. This has been incorporated into company Quality Policy and a key part of the Code of Ethics.

TUV NORD (Thailand) has identified risks to its impartiality on an ongoing basis. This shall include those risks that arise from its activities, or form its relationships, or form the relationships of its personnel. If risk to impartiality is identified, that shall be able to demonstrate how it eliminates or minimizes such risk and all internal and external personnel are aware of the need for impartiality.
